Burned out and in search of new ear candy

Well, it finally had to happen. I have 400 albums and am pretty much tired of everything I listen to. So, I decided to ask everyone what they are currently listening to. Hopefully, I can't get some ideas for good new music. The way it works is thus: List the top five albums that you currently have in rotation....in no particular order. Just the top 5 albums that you listen to the most, currently. I know some of you don't even listen to albums anymore now that you have mp3 players. I'm a little old fashioned. I mix it up. I usually listen to mp3's at home and single albums in my car. I'd prefer albums, but if you have a couple of songs that are in heavy rotation, I wouldn't mind hearing about them as well. Please list artist and title. So, to get the ball rolling, here are my top 5 albums playing in my car. (in no particular order)

1. The Flaming Lips- At War with the Mystics
2. Built to Spill- Keep it like a Secret
3. Modest Mouse - The Lonesome Crowded West
4. The White Stripes - Get Behind me Satan
5. Frank Black - Honeycomb

Looking forward to seeing your pics.

Ask a stupid question....

Okay, the is a stupid question. We all remember being told that mammals and birds are warm blooded and that amphibians, fish, and bugs are cold blooded. My question is....why are they cold blooded. I figure that most animals' cellular structure is similar to each other, especially animals with a circulatory and nervous system. Humans produce heat by our chemical reactions in our cells....don't fish do that as well? If not, what about this. When we are cold, we shiver. The rapid contractions of our muscles produce heat to warm us up. Also, any movement produces heat in our bodies (exercise, walking, even getting up out of chair). Since cold blooded animals for the most part have skeletons and muscles similar to ours, wouldn't they produce heat as well? So, my only other thought is that both phylums can create heat, but perhaps we are labeled warm blooded due to our ability to retain heat. Anyway, does anybody actually remember learning not just the "what" but the "why"?
